We used them for multiple projects in our home. We had them completely gut two bathrooms and closets in order to remodel and design something more suited to my family's needs. The project went very smoothly and any hiccups were handled in an efficient and professional manor. They arrived on time every day they were set to work. I was pregnant with a toddler during the remodel and it went so smoothly we used them for some smaller projects like a new deck, attic access and garage insulation. We have come to expect little from contractors over the years as with each project we tried somebody different, but Jeff has officially raised the bar for every contractor out there. Jeff listened to what we wanted and offered good suggestions when we had questions. They started on schedule and actually finished a day earlier than estimated. When there was a problem with the supplier, Jeff identified the problem and made the supplier correct it that day. Everyone was courteous and professional. There was excellent quality workmanship throughout the job. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Here's what thrilled me: 1) Jeff's quote was professional, organized, itemized, accurate and even included pricing for 3 different options for our deck to help us make a cost-based decision. 2) Jeff quickly became our trusted adviser and consultant. He did not make decisions for us, but helped us navigate choices when we asked for his opinion. His knowledge and experience really are impressive. When we asked, "Do you think we could...?" His answer always began with "It's whatever you want... here area few things to consider though." 3) His crew is the best! Jeff has 2 fully dedicated crew members. Jeff came out on a Saturday to look things over and got me an estimate by Monday. Since we were dealing with an insurance claim, Jeff was able to bring his price in line with what insurance was offering. His crew of 3 guys knocked the project out in a bout a week. I called Jeff to see if he could help us with our 3 part project. He explained that they were really busy but took the time to ask about the scope of my job. After courteously listening, he asked a few clarifying questions then said he could come look at our job and see if there was any way to work us in between larger jobs. He showed up on time for his consultation, gave us helpful direction when we had questions, and in the end, agreed to squeeze our "little job" in. He later called top tell me he had 1 day to help us and told me when to expect them. Jeff and three of his crew arrived earlier than expected and immediately got to work on all 3 of our projects. These guys worked for 4 1/2 hours and never took a break of slowed down. They were very professional and cared a lot about the quality of their work. I was working on a project nearby so I had the opportunity to observe much of their work. There were several unexpected things that came up, but all of these were resolved quickly and satisfactorily due to the wealth of knowledge and experience of the crew. Fantastic! Jeff and his crew were true professionals. They started at 8 am, worked super hard all day for 3 1/2 weeks and did a really great job. My sunroom could be featured in a magazine. It was a big job, on the 2nd floor and yet it was not a problem. They replaced 3 walls, 15 windows, a door, replaced and insulated a ceiling, painted and then hung siding outside. And even when I had a structure issue arise, Jeff recognized it and knew how to handle it and still completed the job a day early. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during our remodel! They showed up promptly every day, worked quickly to get it all done, and stayed on budget. Jeff and his crew did a great job. They showed up on time each day and were always professional. We wanted some special columns to match the ones on the front porch and they ended up perfect. The frame for the old deck was rotten, so they rebuilt the frame and extended the deck as we requested another 3 feet. Jeff built the deck the way it should have been built when we bought the house new. Jeff's crew was very professional and have a lot of experience We wanted some additional custom work done on the deck and they really exceeded our expectations.
